Delete My Account & Data

Solace is offline-first, so how you delete your data depends on how you've used the app.

If you're not logged in and haven't used a cloud feature, we hold no data about you. There is nothing on our side to delete. To remove your content, open Solace and go to Settings → Delete data, or simply uninstall the app — that erases everything stored on your device.

If you've used a cloud-connected feature

If you have connected to a cloud AI feature and want any associated data removed from our side, submit your request below with the email address you'd like us to use for confirmation.

Once we receive your request, we will delete any associated data within 3 months and notify you by email when it is complete.

This opens your email app with a pre-filled deletion request to privacy@glitchfy.com. Nothing is submitted until you send that email.

What "your data" means

Personal content you create in Solace (workouts, sessions, plans, journals, and coach conversations) lives only on your device. The steps above cover both that on-device content and any data associated with optional cloud features.
