These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Solace mobile application ("the app", "Solace") provided by Glitchfy ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Solace, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Licence to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Solace for your own personal, non-commercial wellness purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

2. Health & wellness disclaimer

Solace provides general fitness, meditation, breathing, and wellness content for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise, breathing, or wellness program, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication. Stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort and seek medical help if needed. You use Solace, and undertake any activity it suggests, at your own risk.

3. Your content and device

Content you create in Solace is stored on your device. You are responsible for your device, for keeping backups where you wish, and for any content you generate. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data will permanently remove that content.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to reverse engineer it (except where permitted by law), interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

Solace, its content, design, and branding are owned by Glitchfy and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or content beyond the licence to use the app.

6. Third-party services

Optional features may connect to third-party providers (for example, a cloud AI provider). Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party's terms and privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. The app is provided "as is"

Solace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glitchfy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including any injury resulting from wellness or exercise activities undertaken through it.

9. Changes to the app and these Terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Glitchfy's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
