Privacy Policy

Solace ("the app", "we", "us") is a wellness app published by Glitchfy. This policy explains what data the app handles. The short version: Solace is built to work fully offline, and your personal data stays on your device.

Solace does not require an account. We do not run ads, we do not use third-party tracking or analytics, and we do not sell or share your data — because, by default, we never receive it.

1. Data stored on your device

Everything you create and do in Solace is stored locally on your phone, including:

Your workouts, meditation and breathing sessions, and progress
Plans, journals, coach conversations, and preferences
App settings such as theme and focus mode

This information lives only in the app's private storage on your device. It is not transmitted to Glitchfy's servers, and we have no way to read it.

2. On-device intelligence

Solace's coaching and guidance features run on an AI model that executes entirely on your device. Your prompts and conversations are processed locally and are not sent anywhere.

3. Optional cloud AI features

Solace may offer optional features that connect to a cloud AI provider (Anthropic's Claude) for higher-quality responses. These features are off by default and only run if you explicitly choose to use them.

When — and only when — you use a cloud-connected feature:

The message text you submit for that feature is sent to Anthropic to generate a response, and the response is returned to your device.
That processing is governed by Anthropic's own privacy policy (anthropic.com/legal/privacy).
Glitchfy does not store the content of these messages on our own servers.

If you never enable a cloud feature, no data ever leaves your device.

4. What we do not collect

No name, email, or phone number is required to use the app.
No advertising identifiers, location tracking, or behavioural analytics.
No contact list, photos, or files are accessed unless you explicitly grant a permission for a specific feature.

5. Deleting your data

Because your data is local, you are always in control:

Use Settings → Delete data inside the app to erase your content, or simply uninstall the app.

6. Children

Solace is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate, noted in the app.
